By using Spinlygames, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable, not to trap you in legalese — but please read them.

1. What Spinlygames is

Spinlygames (“the Service”) is a free web application at spinlygames.com that provides random decision tools including a wheel spinner, name picker, coin flip, dice roller, random number generator, yes/no wheel, and team generator. The Service is provided free of charge, without registration, for personal and educational use.

2. Important disclaimer — for entertainment only

Spinlygames is for entertainment and informal decision-making only.

You must not use Spinlygames for:

  • Gambling outcomes or casino games
  • Legally regulated random selection (e.g. jury selection, official lotteries)
  • Medical or clinical decisions
  • Financial decisions where randomness must meet regulatory standards
  • Any other context where the outcome has legally binding consequences

The random algorithms we use (Web Crypto API) are cryptographically sound, but we make no representations about fitness for regulated or high-stakes purposes. Use an appropriate certified tool for those contexts.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to Spinlygames in a way that degrades performance for other users
  • Use share URLs to distribute spam, phishing links, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law
  • Misrepresent Spinlygames as an official, certified, or legally compliant randomisation system

We reserve the right to block access to users who abuse the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The Spinlygames software, design, and original content (including the site copy, tooling code, and brand assets) are owned by Spinlygames and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Your content is yours. Any text, names, or entries you type into Spinlygames tools belong to you. We do not store this data on our servers and make no claim to ownership. Content you share via share URLs is your responsibility.

5. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability or uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • That the results of any tool are suitable for any specific purpose

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinlygames and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed €10 (ten euros), reflecting that the Service is provided at no charge.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Spinlygames after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
